Congratulations! You are one of the lucky Winlink user to get a Modified IRF USB soundcard. Now you can use your radio to connect to the nearest Winlink Gateway. https://winlink.org/RMSChannels
Setting it up is easy but you need to do some soldering to make the Mic in, Ptt line and Ground connection to your mobile radio. See below. Update: we now included a resistor to put in between the USB Speaker out to Mic In line. This will add more leeway in mic-in adjustment.
