Badge Details

To complete this challenge and earn the Hour of Code Participant badge, you must do an Hour of Code Activity with your students and share it on Twitter during the month of December. Tag @springfieldk12, #23SPSchallenges & #hourofcode. If you do not use Twitter you can share your Hour of Code activity on Yammer and follow the same steps as above with Twitter.

Once you have completed your Hour of Code Activity, fill out this MICROSOFT FORM. In the Submission of Evidence portion of the Form, please paste the URL to your Tweet or Yammer post. Once your information has been reviewed and determined to meet the criteria, you will be awarded your badge and points. You can view your badges HERE on our Leaderboard.

Where do I get my Twitter Link?

  • Select Profile
  • Find your Tweet
  • Click on the drop down arrow in the top right corner of the Tweet
  • Click "Copy link to Tweet" from the drop down menu if you see it, otherwise choose Embed Tweet
  • At the top of the page copy the link in the blue/purple box where it says "What would you like to embed?" Highlight and use Ctrl C to copy
  • Be sure to follow SPS Social Media Guidelines
