Not only are the JV girls basketball team undefeated in their hearts, they are also undefeated on the court.
"My favorite part of games is seeing how all the things we do in practices come together," freshman Libby Frey said. "It is nice to see the coaches proud of us."
Sophomore Gabby Fourkas enjoys being part of the basketball team and atmosphere created by her teammates and coaches.
"Basketball has always been a part of my life since I was little," Fourkas said. "It has always been a bit of an escape for me when school gets stressful."
JV girls basketball beats Los Altos with a score of 67-29 on Pink Night, a game dedicated to breast cancer awareness.
“I hope we got some money to go towards the [cancer society] to help out,” freshman Hannah Sabaa said. “Breast cancer is a real issue for women everywhere.”
