Life is so precious. Deeply, unfathomably precious. As the seed, the bud, the kernel, the cocoon gives-way. Unfolds, ripens and dissolves. As the contracted density of the narrated story of “me” relaxes, more and more and more and ever-more, the realization of Gratitude moves AS an inextricable, uncaused direct experience of daily moment-to-moment living.
Dear Ones,
I am so very grateful. My life is lived as gratefulness. For this life. And for our Full Circle Family. For our shared intention and commitment to look deeply into
"what exactly is Life ?"
And to live fully and uniquely as THAT which we have discovered.
I especially want to thank those of us who have given generously with time and money in order to make retreat possible. Helping with set-up and take-down, bell and bowl ringing, giving funds for retreat supplies, two new floor chairs and a new website. And most importantly, funding was available for six partial retreat scholarships. What an amazing gift to give......The gift of retreat, The gift of Discovery. This radiates out and forward through our world as Love in action.
I thank you.
Love, love, love
Jennifer
Hokusai Says by Roger Keyes
Hokusai says look carefully.
He says pay attention, notice.
He says keep looking, stay curious.
He says there is no end to seeing.
He says look forward to getting old.
He says keep changing,
you just get more who you really are.
He says get stuck, accept it, repeat
yourself as long as it is interesting.
He says keep doing what you love.
He says keep praying.
He says everyone of us is a child,
everyone of us is ancient,
everyone of us has a body.
He says everyone of us is frightened.
He says everyone of us has to find
a way to live with fear.
He says everything is alive–
shells, buildings, people, fish,
mountains, trees, wood is alive.
Water is alive.
Everything has its own life.
Everything lives inside us.
He says live with the world inside you.
He says it doesn’t matter if you draw,
or write books. It doesn’t matter
if you saw wood, or catch fish.
It doesn’t matter if you sit at home
and stare at the ants on your veranda
or the shadows of the trees
and grasses in your garden.
It matters that you care.
It matters that you feel.
It matters that you notice.
It matters that life lives through you.
Contentment is life living through you.
Joy is life living through you.
Satisfaction and strength
is life living through you.
He says don’t be afraid.
Don’t be afraid.
Love, feel, let life take you by the hand.
Let life live through you.

Jennifer's beloved teacher, Sharon Landrith (a teacher in the lineage of Adyashanti), has encouraged her to be a guide and confirmed her as a teacher in the lineage. Jennifer's joy is to be of service in the unfoldment of spiritual awakening through: private meetings for spiritual-discovery, group silent retreats and evening gatherings for spiritual inquiry.
