For us, utopia is a world where everything is perfectly maintained and balanced, while, dystopia is the antonym of it where is only injustice. When it comes to the second question, of course I wonder a world, life with everything positive and perfects which is utopia. (Baku European lyceum) Fatima R.

Utopia And Dystopia Explore social and political structures. Utopia portrays an agreement with the author’s ethos having various attributes of another reality intended to apply to readers. While on the other hand Dystopia is disagreeing with the author’s ethos. Both are commonly found in science fiction and other types of speculative fiction. Saul I

For me, utopia is a narrative in which people enjoy their inner peace, where they can explain and describe their emotions in the way they want. Utopia is a positive and hedonistic world where happiness is made. Dystopia, on the other hand, is the opposite. It's the world where everything is negative and where your iggest nightmares come true. These two terms remind me of heaven and hell a lot, but the thing about utopia and dystopia is that you don't go there after death, its about imagination and escaping from real world. WRITTEN BY ANĐELA (Ivana Miletić)

A utopia is a perfect world where war, famine & injustice are a thing of the past. No human has to worry about their basic rights, the only thing they have to focus of is pursuing their passions and living a fullfilling life. I'd define a dystopia as a world filled with war and cruelty. I'd like to create a dystopian world because I believe every person has the right to a happy life and no one should have to face the injustice that have became the ugly reality of today ema.g s

I think Utophias mean is great and dystopias mean wretched. Utopia is a dream,it's cannot be a real,it's very hard.Utopıias are beter than dystopias but dystopias are more realistic than utopias.Utopias are great but dystopias are wretched. When it comes to the second question,I think everyone want create an utopia and of course I want creat an utopia ,because an utopia is greatt. If we have an utopia, everything be great. İlk soru: Gerçekleştirilmesi imkansız olan sosyal kurallar İkinci soru: I would like a utopian world beacuse everthing would be better than way Salih D.

For me, utopia is a society in which people live freely and their living conditions are ideal. On the opposite side, dystopia represents a society with unpleasant, bad living conditions. Since people deserve to have as much freedom and to live pleasantly, the future world should be created as a utopian. Ana Do

Alexandra Tr, S.G.I.S. Șiria, Romania, teacher Diana Moldovan. Utopia, when I hear this word I think about something special, something never seen, a world without cruelty. A world we could achieve if we continue to be respectful to other people. On the other side, dystopia makes me think about a world without color, life or empathy, where people aren't allowed to express themselves. Something I'll never like to experience. I'd like to live in an utopian world because expressing myself and my personality is important to me.

Alexandra Tr, S.G.I.S. Șiria, Romania, teacher Diana Moldovan.

For me utopia means idealism, a beuatiful world, kindness and future, but dystopia is chaos, absurdity and disaster. Maya T

Dystopia, Larisa K, LAM Lipova, Romania

The formation of the word "dystopia" In modern times, this idealistic sociopolitical structure is called "utopia" or "utopian." This word was coined by Sir Thomas More in 1516, in his book Utopia, More writes about his vision of an ideal society. The inherent irony and sarcasm of both More's book and the term derived from it is often lost on individuals. The Greek roots of the word could be interpreted to mean one of two things: cúróroç (eu topos), meaning "good place," or oú róroç (ou-topos), meaning "no place." The word "dystopia" is far newer than its idealistic counterpart. According to the Oxford English Dictionary, the first recorded use was in 1868. A dystopia represents utopian thinking gone awry. Dystopian literature is defined as “literary works that critically exa mine both existing conditions and the potential abuses that might result from the institution of supposedly utopian alternatives." Pretest- Teachers:

Education in the future? Utopian and Dystopian sides of the future story?

The current state of education will shape the conditions in the future around the world. Educational systems should be equipped with all the necessary content and implemenatitions to shape the future. My positive side is hand in hand with the utopias for a better future but my realistic type is shaking hands with the dystopian sides of the future story in education. ASLI ÇELİK

It is a very challenging subject for the students and for the teachers! I think we will get interestings thoughts! Diana Jelihovschii

I believe education is up for some massive changes. Increased use of digital tools and online schooling are quite normal now, and further changes await. Citizenship, climate issues, multilingualism are issues we need to start dealing with a.s.a.p. It is not easy to make modifications in such a huge system, but they are necessary to meet the needs of future generatuons. Ivana Miletić

My school operates from a "family" viewpoint. The students are not "your kids" and "my kids;" they are all "our kids." It doesn't matter the grade level or homeroom teacher; we work together for the benefit of our kids. Students who need extra love and encouragement often have mentor teachers from other grade levels that make time to have lunch with the student, attend an event the student is participating in, or meet with them after school for "chat sessions." Because of this, teachers work closely together, trusting each other with hearts of their students. We discuss student needs during PLCs and staff meetings, as well as informally during lunch and conferences. Students know that if they need anything, from help with classwork to help with life outside of school, they have an entire family of teachers who are there to support them and take care of them. Carmen Mirela Butaciu

I belive in all levels of our lives, we learn better with hands on method, by living and doing. Just sitting in the classroom and listening to the teachers are not enough. With the help of tecnology, of course, the education system gets better but if only used properly. I think it is very important to have equality of opportunity. This should be provided in all levels and in every school, otherwise it would be injustice ( it already is.) My distopian side is that unfortunately we won't be able to provide this equality. However, I hope to be a teacher that enlightens the students and gives them a culturally and intellectually rich worldview. Nazlı Nur Öztürk

I liked this discussion because with the help of this discussion you get to know [ositive and negative sides of the future of education in different countries. However in my opinion to make the future of education better in our hands. We shouln't make them learn the subjects we should make them love the subjects. They should think they can rely on their teachers. Sadagat Nasirli

We usually discuss the current state of education, the developments or new approaches and I think the technological equipments, new approaches or innovations are meaningless without a warm hearted teachers who love their job. Beacuse it is the teachers ,not the devices, who touch and change the lives of the students. Çağla ÇELİK
