Band Website Calendar Issues
We are aware that the band calendar embedded on the Prosper Band Website is not complete. We are working on finding the issue so that it is current. From what we have found, you can access the full calendar through the Google Calendar App. While we work through this issue with our website host, you can view the the complete calendar by clicking the link below.
Funeral Arrangements for Mrs. Meyer
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Meyer family for the loss of our friend, Tammy Meyer. Tammy played an active part of the success of the Prosper Mighty Eagle Band through her volunteering as the Color Guard "mom", head of concessions and PBBC board member. She will always be remembered as a beautiful human being and leaves a strong legacy for all who knew her.
Rehearsal Schedule Change for this week
We have a change in the rehearsal schedule for next week. We will be moving Tuesday's scheduled after school rehearsal to Wednesday. We appreciate your flexibility. Mr. Rosales will be in town this week and we will be working with him on Monday and Wednesday. If you have a conflict, please fill out the absence request form.
General Band Parent Meetings for the Fall Semester
Attention Parents! We have scheduled some upcoming general band parent meetings which gives us a chance to meet and discuss all of the upcoming events and answer general band questions. Please mark your calendar and plan on attending these important meetings. All meetings will be held in the PHS cafeteria beginning at 6:30pm.

First Band Fee Deadline: September 1st
Please make sure that you are keeping current on band fees for the 2022-23 school year. We are asking for the payment arrangement that you notated in band registration be followed for those needing payment plans. If you have not begun your payment plans or would like to pay in full, please have your payment in by September 1st to stay current. Many of the costs incurred by the band are paid for early in the season and we need your help! I you have any questions about payments, please reach out to Beth Leatherman (PBBC income treasurer).
Parent Help Needed: Aluminum Welder
Do you have experience welding aluminum? If so, we need you!!! Our props this year are made of aluminum and as careful as our students are with them, we are fully anticipating some need for an occasional repair. If you have experience and have your own equipment, please reach out to Bert Mueller , PBBC Vice President of Hardware, at bertmueller@gmail.com to let him know we can count on you!
