Minimum Candidate Experience

The candidate seeking to become certified as an Adobe Campaign Classic Business Practitioner has, at a minimum:

  • One year of foundational Campaign software experience (run a query, understand the toolkit that Adobe Campaign offers, translate business objectives into workflow, targeting and segmenting an audience, testing and sending a delivery, performance of delivery through ROI, impressions, visits, click-throughs, etc., import and export the list, analyzing monitoring logs and errors)
  • Hands-on experience setting up cross- channel, personalized workflows and sending deliveries
  • An understanding of digital marketing concepts and tactics
  • Basic understanding automation, metrics, and campaign tactics (capabilities around data management, cloud services, approvals, etc.)
  • An understanding of basic relational databases and of targeting queries in a campaign
  • Experience with basic HTML and personalization
