Calendar Events

Late Start Day

Spring Parent Teacher Conferences

Thursday, March 10th from 5 - 8 pm

The Conference Manager is open for parent access and will close Wednesday, March 9th at 3 pm. Please click on the link above to visit the Conference Manager website and schedule your sessions.

The Spring Parent Teacher Conferences are right around the corner. Please note that Spring conferences involve only one evening session. We are asking families to only reserve a session if your student is underperforming in their class. Spaces are limited and we want to have openings available for the families that need it most.

Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, March 10th from 5 - 8 pm. They will once again be virtual, and we will utilize Zoom as our platform. We are using the online Conference Manager scheduling tool to reserve conference times. This software will allow you to pick and choose your own schedule for conferences, which can make for a more efficient and personalized experience for parents.

For your convenience, teacher Zoom links are located directly in the Conference Manager and will be accessible to you at your scheduled time. If you need assistance with access, you can email your assigned teacher directly or email our main office secretary Joan Pangrcic jpangrcic@troy.k12.mi.us for support. Staff can be emailed using the first letter of their first name, their last name and @troy.k12.mi.us or through a Parent or Student Schoology account.

A few tips:

  • Keep your online transition time “logging in and out of Zoom” in mind and please do not schedule back-to-back conferences as it will take time to transition to each teacher. Please allow 5 minutes between time slots.
  • Please only schedule one conference per teacher/class (unless you have more than one child per teacher). 6th grade parents may schedule two back-to-back sessions with their ELA teacher since it is a 2-hour block.
  • You can add comments/questions when scheduling your time that the teacher can see to help guide the conference
  • Need help with directions? You can always call the office at 248.823.4600 and we will help get you scheduled.
