Teachers and coaches can use calendars to instantly share updates with students or players. Changes automatically appear in each individual calendar. Editing rights can be given to as many people as needed.
Simply create a new Calendar and start creating events. To create a new calendar simply click the down arrow next to "My calendars". After the new calendar is named click "Create" to add new events.
After clicking "Create" to add events the following screen will appear. Here all settings for the event can be changed. After naming the event, the date, time and duration can be set. If it is something that happens on a regular basis then the event can be set to repeat however often is needed. Events can be color coordinated as needed.
Most importantly: SHARE YOUR CALENDAR
Click the down arrow next to the calendar you want to share and click share calendar on the drop menu. Add emails of each person you want to add.
Updates to the calendar are automatically shared with everyone that has access to the calendar.
