TW3 Experiment - Variability Among Individual Stems, Caps, and Whole Fruits including Homogenous mixtures of the Same Harvest

Extraction Protocol:

For this experiment we used a 24 hour extraction time with our 75/25% Methanolic solvent mixture followed by 100% MeOH before the pull, once again trying to shorten the digestion time of the extraction by sonoporating @24v for just 2-3 seconds each. I wished I had done the 48 hour extraction because I feel results would have been higher. However, sample prep is not the point of this experiment. The point of this experiment is to chart the variability of one strains harvest. TW3 is an isolation from Tidalwave as is TW2, TW4, TW5 and TW0. So I would expect to be less variability than say a multispore specimen. More test will need to be done however I think this is a good new outlook on variability of isolates as well as differing potency from caps, stems and whole fruit specimens. Enjoy!
