Progress Update
Now that we’ve closed on the project, we are in the process of solidifying contractors. Our next steps are to hold a pre-construction meeting and pay permit fees for clearing and grubbing. Because the property is mostly forested at the moment, we anticipate that grubbing will be an involved process and will be our main focus for about 6 to 8 weeks.
