- Resources available for Textiles opportunity. -Looking into the possibility of Food Technology? -Expanding Project Based Learning into Year 8? - Creating a 'Technology Centre' in space between Te3 and RC1. - Links with other departments.
- Moving forward with plans to provide a 'tailored' CAD curriculum.
Strong communication
- Use departmental meetings as a forum for guidance and discussion. - Create a departmental atmosphere of consistent dialogue and communication.
Strong leadership
- Lead the team, as well as being a member of the team. - Deal directly with any pupil issues.
Strong consistency
- Be clear as a department on school policies and ensure they are followed closely.
