Urdu Elocution

Elocution competition is one of the academic activities that give students an opportunity to show their speaking skills. Habib Public School organized the Urdu Elocution competition in junior section for grade III to V, which was a great opportunity for students to enhance their self-confidence and public speaking skills.

Grand Parent’s Day

Grandparents are the family’s greatest treasure, the founders of a loving legacy, the greatest storytellers and the keepers of traditions. They are the family’s strong foundation and with their special love and care, they keep the family close at heart. To honor them Habib Public School – Junior Section grade III celebrated Grandparents Day on January 24, 2019.

It was a successful event indeed and the School as always would be pleased to organize such events.

Sports Day I

The much awaited Annual Sports Day was held on Friday, 31st January 2020 for grade I and II, with fervor and excitement experienced amidst thrills, shrills and cheers. Students of grade I and II competed in various races with full energy and determination. The races organized for parents and teachers showed an impressive participation.

At the end of the day, students left with a broad smile on their faces when Green House was announced as House Champions. It was a day filled with sportsmanship, enthusiasm and memories to cherish.

Sports Day II

The much awaited and excited Annual Sports Day was held on Saturday, 1st February 2020 for grade III, IV and V, with great zeal, excitement and frolicsome atmosphere. Students of grade III, IV and V competed in various races with full energy and determination. Couples and Teachers’ races made the event more enjoyable.

There was a tie between the two Houses, therefore the house with more gold medals i.e. Blue House was awarded with the Trophy. The school’s Astroturf rimmed with flags and balloons reverberating with the sound of cheers which made everyone’s day memorable.

Singing Competition

The First Junior Singing Competition "HPS JS Singing Stars" was organized in the school gymnasium on Friday, 7th February 2020. The motive of the event was to encourage young singers from Grades III, IV and V. Twenty young Habibians participated in the competition.

The judges declared the winners of the event. Ziyaad, Abdullah Zeeshan and Elaaf Bajwa secured 1st, 2nd, and 3rd positions respectively.

Rise Time

Rise Time is always dealt in its true essence in the Junior Section. Students as well as the teachers engage themselves in reading books for 20 minutes. The Star Reading Classes of the week are awarded with the Golden, Red and Silver Star in the Morning Assembly.

We at HPS believe that irrespective of whether our child is beginning to learn to read or whether they are fluent, we can play an important role in helping to keep them interested in books.

IKLC Prize Distribution

The International Kangaroo Linguistic Contest is an internationally recognized competition. It brings together the linguistic pedagogical experience from a number of countries and aims to promote the good communication culture which is crucial for success in today's world.

This contest was held within the school premises. The prize distribution ceremony for the junior section’s students was conducted in the morning assembly. The Principal and the Head Teacher gave the students their winning medals and prizes.

Interschool Debate Competition

The Annual Inter School Debate Competition was organized in Ghulaman-e-Abbas School in which our two young Habibians participated with great passion and fervor.

Naqi Raza of class V-O participated in the Urdu Debate and got the certificate of participation. Whereas, Omer Eusuf the Junior School Captain participated in the English Debate in which he secured the First Position. Omer was awarded with a shield and a certificate on his extraordinary performance.

We feel proud to be an Institution with such excellent achievements of our little champs.

Toys in space

We believe that toys are the most practical way of giving our students an endless fun and energy. We aim to create a convenient, thrilling and joyous experience for every student.

Grade I enjoyed the activity of Toys in Space with their caregivers in which they used the various toys and puppets to act as if they were in space. The different characters which they acted were Wonder Doll, Pink Horse, Small Sheep, Green Dinosaur, Little Cowboy, Blue Rabbit, and Space Monster.
