Women's basketball hosts its third annual Pride Game tonight. While drawing inspiration from the You Can Play Project’s message of inclusion, especially involving the LGBTQIA+ community, the team is partnering with the College’s Center for Women and Gender. You Can Play is dedicated to ensuring equality, respect and safety for all athletes, without regard to sexual orientation or gender identity.
Saint Michael’s College, the Northeast-10 Conference and the NCAA promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators. We request your cooperation by supporting the participants and officials in a positive manner. Profanity, racial or sexist comments, or other intimidating actions directed at officials, student-athletes, coaches, or team representatives will not be tolerated and are grounds for removal from the venue. Also, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages or tobacco products is prohibited. Masks must be worn properly at all times.
