The Benson Alex Riseman Aquatic Center features an 11-lane, 25-yard, competition-sized pool, a small recreational pool and a clover leaf-shaped hot tub. The aquatic center is home to the UT men’s and women’s swimming teams. Additionally, the aquatic center includes a separate, two-story pool building — the Benson Alex Riseman Pool House — which includes locker rooms, storage and a large viewing deck that oversees the pools, complete with tables, chairs and lounge seating. The facility was opened in March of 2022 in a historic grand opening with President Ronald L. Vaughn.
Location of Riseman Aquatics Center
The Riseman Aquatics Center is part of the Benson Alex Riseman Fitness and Recreation Center, which is located in the heart of the UT campus. The facility is located directly south of historic Pepin Stadium.
