The first course is a selection of cold plates that include seafood salads, cheeses, fruit, the best charcuterie, as well as steak tartar and specialties served in small jars.
The brunch is designed for two or more people, so the five hot entrees are served ample time between plates to savor the amazing flavors of seafood, pork, and beef.
