Today's college students are tomorrow's leaders. But college students face constant pressure in today's society, whether it be from their peers, parents, or professors to meet some standard of success. As a result, students can feel hopeless and left to pursue a variety of coping methods offered them by an increasingly secular culture.
BUT GOD is at work on the college campus despite the pressures students face and the secular culture! Our desire is to be a part of this work through introducing students to Jesus and equipping them to grow in their faith. We want tomorrow's leaders to not only have hope for a future but to be able to share that hope with others.
Our specific ministry in Cru is focused on reaching the students and faculty at University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) and Carnegie Mellon University. Before we can report to these campuses, we must complete a team of ministry partners who will pray and give generously so that we can influence as many future leaders as we can for the gospel.
