Dear Friends,
Every time I sit down to write the newsletter, I wonder where to begin. And every time, as I become quiet, the first movement is always gratitude. Profound gratitude. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I so love and appreciate everyone's unique expression within the circle. I love seeing each of you and being together as we can. My heart is full.
Full Circle Family is a refuge. Where, in a morning meditation dedicated to Peacefullness, or an evening gathering satsang, or a retreat, one can eddy-out of the currents of chaos, and rest into the heart-of-the-heart through spiritual contemplation, community and companionship. This is a great joy and a precious gift.

Below is an excerpt from the online deep dive retreat "The Way of Love". The course is now offered on the website here, "The Way of Love". Deep gratitude for those of us who participated in this rich and potent contemplation.
"We aren’t ignoring, denying or pushing away the past occurrences that have shaped the life. But we are giving the cycle of belief a compassionate end. It is an extremely precious and tender journey to give over the stories that make up identity, a sense of self. It takes great realized Presence and great compassion.
It is more closely described as surrender rather than reception. Because the center that has become empty, empty of an identified “me”, that vacuum becomes the fullness of God. I and the Creator are One. There is no receiver. There is the mind, body, soul and spirit of GOD. And the essence of GOD is fulfillment. I AM is that still-point through which the infinity of uncaused LOVE flows.
When we surrender our ideas of a separate mind/heart, the reflection of material reality changes. But its not a changing of our minds in the sense of exchanging one narrative for another. One divided mind/heart world for another. A bad idea for a good one. A bad emotion for a good one. Its a change, in that it is an emptying of the separately identified mind/heart. A giving away of the divided view to the Divine Originality."
