The ITA Assistant Coach of the Year honors an assistant coach who has exhibited outstanding leadership in ways that contribute to on and off-court team performance.
Florida Associate Head Coach Tanner Stump helped lead the Gators to a historic season. In addition to the program's first ever NCAA title, Coach Stump coached the team to the SEC regular season title and an undefeated conference schedule. The Gators finished the season 26-2 and recorded seven 7-0 sweeps. The Gators defeated 16 top-25 teams during the 2021 season.

Congratulations on being named the 2021 ITA Assistant Coach of theYear. We are very proud of the success that you and the rest of the program have seen over the past year, and this award is the final piece to a tremendous 2020-21 campaign for you.
Since arriving in 2016, you have been a great leader alongside Bryan for our student-athletes and staff. That's two SEC titles and one NCAA title under your belt here at UF and we are thankful you've been part of it.
The 26 wins by the team this season were the second most in school history, all while also winning the program's first national championship. Thanks for playing a huge role in a historic Men's Tennis season and the incredible rise of the program.
Congratulations on this award and all of the successes inside the Men's Tennis program. We are all very proud of you and the team.
