Bethel recently completed a brand new, state of the art Wellness Center that serves as home for BU volleyballs' strength and conditioning program. The Penz Strength Center is staffed by two full-time Strength and Conditioning coaches as well as student interns. The Strength and Conditioning programs are delivered to our student athletes using a virtual platform called Teambuildr where all athletes access their workouts using tablets while working out on campus or through their phones when they are away from campus.

Surfed, ziplined, swam in the rainforest and natural hot springs, hiked to waterfalls, and visited an organic chocolate farm
Competed against top club and university teams in Costa Rica

Donated Spanish and English books for local libraries
