Intuitive Eating in Action "BEING" AND "DOING" OF 10 PRINCIPLES OF INTUITIVE EATING

Imagine a game.

It has only 10 principles. Simple as that. But the complexity of the conditions and situations are impacting this game immensely, making it not easy... Just as the game of Chess. Anyone can understand the rules, but to master the game, it takes years of practice, and feedback...

In this program BEING AND DOING OF 10 PRINCIPLES OF INTUITIVE EATING, which will span over 20 weeks, we will meet every Friday at 17:30 (London time), discuss our learning/understanding of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating (the work of Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch), and bring our practice of them to the group for coaching processes.

What is Intuitive Eating Anyway, and Why do I need a Program to Learn It?

The following 10 principles of Intuitive Eating are put forward by pioneering figures Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch, who also happen to be the The Original Intuitive Eating Pros.

Although they have published numerous books, workbooks, card decks for individuals to take it upon themselves and just get on with it, and as simple as it may appear, learning Intuitive Eating is actually a process of unlearning not-intuitive eating, and it does take a lot of awareness, practice, support, reflection, sharing and caring.

How Does It Work

Logistics / Pricing

The program spans over 20 weeks. Each week we have a live Zoom call (recorded for repeat viewing) for 90 minutes. In that 90 minutes we reflect on previous weeks' practices and learn new aspects of Intuitive Eating.

Also, throughout the program, participants have 5 x 1-1 coaching session with Selin, scheduled according to each individual's convenience.

Participants get 2 x Intuitive Eating assessments with 30 minutes Debrief where they will understand/notice/internalize their un-noticed eating patterns.

The program includes numerous practices, driven from Gestalt and Jungian coaching principles and creative/expressive tools such as Points of You cards.

The "10 Principles" are instilled within the participants through experiential and embodiment processes, where they will have the chance to link the bodily processes with their emotions, based on deep understanding of Mindful Self Compassion and Resilience work.

The program uses handouts and assignments to motive the attendants to journal their progress and an inclusive program booklet which will be a personalized compact guidebook upon completion.

£1,400 for a total of 30 hours of group training/learning and 5 hours of individual coaching
