The following message from Principal Canfield was sent to all Schroeder families and staff on Wednesday...

Updated Report Card Release Date - Due to our staff working in supporting each other and our students with recent school tragedies, the Troy School District moved back the report card release date by two days. Report cards will be available to parents on Powerschool on Thursday, December 16th.

Schroeder Community Project: Dragons Celebrate Gratitude!

Our incredible Schroeder Dragons have so much to be grateful for. Check out the gratitude posts that were submitted by clicking on the link below.

December Class Party – Our holiday classroom party is Friday, December 17. We are providing a treat that students will eat during their snack time. The treat is a cookie with the brand shown in the picture. Please communicate with your child’s teacher if you have allergy or dietary information.

Holiday Teacher Gifts - As you know, our teachers and staff work very hard to support your child and provide the best school experience possible. Our teachers have performed at a level of excellence over the last couple of years during extraordinary circumstances. We all thank them for their efforts and dedication! Please remember to work with your child’s room parent and consider contributing towards the class teacher gift. Please know this is completely optional and we only want families to donate who are a position to contribute. However, you contribution can mean a lot to your child’s teacher. Thank you for keeping our staff in mind!

December Menu Changes - There are multiple menu changes next week. Please review the updated menu at the end of this newsletter.

  • Details about the program, qualifications, and directions to apply can be found in the following link: https://www.fcc.gov/broadbandbenefit

Each grade level will be responsible for contributing certain items. The end date for donations is Tuesday, December 14th! Our goal is to collect as many of these items as possible.
