Mr Rundle was unfortunately off I’ll this week but that did not stop the class progressing on with their work on the Vikings and knife crime. The class worked with Mrs. Gotland and Miss. Hetherington to do some narrative writing around the Viking rain on Holy Island. The writing which was produced was outstanding and the class made a beautiful display to showcase their work.
The class carried on with the knife crime workshops they’d taken part in earlier in the half term as well as beginning to think about how to budget their money. We are nearly finished reading Boy under Water too.
The class costed a number of reading and numeracy assessments too.
