"In September 2021, I co-founded the Rainbow Risk Alliance with Lori Bolen and Wil Kiesel. We are a newly formed nonprofit organization that serves and supports the LGBTQ+ community and their allies in the commercial insurance industry. Our mission is to raise awareness for diversity, unity and community."

When I first learned about the Rainbow Risk Alliance, I knew I wanted to be involved. It was clear there was a need for an organization that would provide a space for LGBTQIA+ professionals in the risk management industry to network, excel and inspire one another.

Michael Hamby, Community Engagement
Michael is a champion of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and brings this to the market that he represents and to his team through DEI initiatives. He felt that it was instrumental to register his company in the National Gay and Lesbians Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) to further his support of DEI.
