Romeo 

He is responsible because he shouldn't of killed Tybalt accidentally and that way he wouldn't of had to vanish (exile) from Verona but he said he would revenge his friend's death.

Juliet

It was her fault because she married romeo to fast . She shouldve waited a little bit longer get to know him better . And she faked her death if she wouldnt of not she couldve still lived happy with romeo.

Mercutio

It is his fault because if it wasnt for him he wouldnt of met juliet and they never wouldnt of went to that party and fell in love.

Friar Lawrence

He is most to blame (in my opinion) because he gave romeo that idea of marrying him and juliet together knowing that he was a montague and she a capulet to set the peace.

The feuding houses

It was their fault because if they would've let them be together they wouldn't of commit suicide the both of them and there problems shouldnt of happened beetween their problems

The nurse

It was her fault because she gave permission to juliet to marry romeo also she allowed romeo to go to visit her before he got exiled the next day. And that even made them feel closer like more in love so to the point they both killed eatchother .

Tybalt 

It is tybalts fault because if he never wouldve killed mercutio than he wouldnt of made romeo mad and kill him. And he challenged romeo and romeo just ignored this but mercutio got in the middle and got killed and made romeo mad.

Fate

Fate because in the beginning it told us that they were "star crossed lovers" and it was fate that they both came from feuding houses.

Lord Capulet

It was his fault because he was forcing juliet to marry paris a guy she dosent love and thats why she decided to take the poison to avoid that and stay loyal to romeo. But he didnt realize that he was hurting her he just cared about his reputation.

Benvolio

He shouldve stopped romeo from killing tybalt and give him good advice and try to help his cousin .

Lady Capulet

It is her fault because she didnt have that bond with her daughter where they could say anything to eatchother and it couldve ended another way if they did.

Montague

They had the chance to end the feud but they didnt and that mad romeo and juliet hide their relationship and go to extreme and commit suicide .

Lady montague 

It was her fault because she shouldve been more carefull and make sure romeo didnt sneak out and prevent alot of things.

Count Paris

It is his fault because he was getting in the way of romeo and juliet and he ruined friar lawrence plan by wanting to marry juliet as soon as possible than to avoid that she fakes her death and leads to both romeo and juliet's death

Balthasar

He is responsible because he is the one that told romeo that juliet was dead. When he wasnt supposed to cause obviously romeo was going to go crazy and it wasnt him that was supposed to tell him that news it was friar . And that caused romeo to buy poison and killhimself.

Prince Escalus

It was his fault because he knew there was a feud with the families but he didnt do anything into the deaths or romeo and juliet.

Sampson

He was on of the servants from the capulet house and dressed rich to impress people and keep lord capulets reputation with the people.

Gregory

He tries to start a fight with the montague but prince escalus warns him not too and there servants so them and the other servants they started problems him and sampson

I believe that Shakespeare wrote the play in such a way that everyone could be blamed for the deaths. The only way to end the feud between the Montague’s and Capulet’s was to make everyone feel guilty for their actions. If everyone believed that they could have played some part in the tragic ends of their friends and children then they would want to make a change .
