Space Planning

Correct space planning is the most important factor of any successful environment. We spend time dedicating ourselves to understanding exactly how you work allowing us to develop unique interior layout plans that are tailored to suit all the needs of your business.

Design Development & Bespoke Fittings

Combining imagination and creativity with an eye for detail, we will illustrate the interior design concept through a series of mood boards, 3D perspectives and atmospheric drawings.

Interior Branding & Client Experience

We help you to bring your brand to life. Allowing your company values and core principles to shine through in your physical space.

Project Management

Our project managers pride themselves on guiding you seamlessly through the renovation and fit-out process so you can get straight back to business. We coordinate between all parties involved and issue weekly site reports to keep you up to date on the progress. But, most importantly we work to ensure your project stays on schedule and on budget.

OUR PROCESS

Phase 1

Space Planning & Design Direction: This is our 'get to know you phase'. We want to understand you, your company, and how every one works best. This allows us to develop a set of preliminary layout plans and sketch initial ideas that are uniquely tailored to suit all your companies need.

Budgetary Planning: After we have defined the brief and gained a full understanding of your vision we can then help you to put together a realistic project budget.

Phase 2

Concept & Design Development: Once a basic layout plan has been agreed we will start to refine this into a set of 3D visualisations. This will help you to picture the proposed aesthetics of the space and how it will function.

Materials, Fixtures & Furnishing: We will propose and share our thoughts on: colour schemes, branding, material and decorative specifications, furniture selection and accessories. We will also put together a list of all your existing equipment to ensure that everything is properly catered for and has its place within the layout.

Phase 3

Documentation: Upon confirmation of the design we will prepare and finalise all working drawings, construction detail and specifications including: Interior Architectural details, reflected ceiling plans, floor covering plans, electrical plans, furnishing specifications and fixtures plans.

Phase 4

Construction: We will oversee all the building and installation works to ensure that the work is being performed in accordance with the contract drawings, specifications and interior design concepts.
