DUES YEAR: Scruggs Family Association dues cover membership for the calendar year. Rather than invoicing for membership renewal, we notify you of your dues status each time we send you your issue of Searching for Scruggs, our semi-annual SFA Publication. Your address label on your copy of Searching for Scruggs indicates the last year that you paid dues.
Membership Options: Regular $25, Sustaining $50 or more (we accept PayPal or check. See below).
SUSTAINING MEMBERSHIP: Sustaining members do not receive anything special other than recognition once a year in our publication and our sincere gratitude for your expression of support for our efforts, which are entirely voluntary.
PAYING BY MAIL: A self-addressed membership renewal envelope is tucked into each issue of Searching for Scruggs for the convenience of our members. If you have not paid up to the current year, use the provided envelope to send your check and indicate any changes to your contact information. If you have changes to contact information and are not using the envelope, be sure to send a separate email with the information to our Secretary/Treasurer.
PAYING WITH PayPal: In your PayPal user account, send your dues payment to treasurer@scruggsfam.com. Fill in the purpose of the payment as appropriate, e.g., "SFA dues payment for 2023." Scroll down and press the blue CONTINUE button to complete the transaction. PayPal will document your payment..
