Summer is special time. It's your chance to recharge and reset. You just came through another busy, and probably stressful, academic year - and you made it! This is your invitation to CREATE SPACE to acknowledge, process and let go of the experience you just had this year.

The Summer Wellness Series is a five-week journey you are taking with fellow students around the country who are also tired and need a break. Fellow students who are also feeling depleted and need time to reconstruct themselves.

It's about exploring and reinforcing your foundation after being strained from a busy school year. It's about cultivating mindfulness and intentionality.

It's about figuring out what you need to grow and thrive.

Through a series of prompts, action steps and conversations during group shares - this experience will give you a chance to realign your priorities, get clear on how you want to show up and hone in on building healthy habits that will support your long-term success.

The goal is to take time right now

in early summer

to explore and EXPAND your vision of well-being.

Summer is a perfect time to give yourself the gift of SPACE.

Give yourself permission to relax and LET GO so that you have room to invite in new perspectives, new insights and ideas.

It's about getting clear on how you want to actualize your well-being on a daily basis.

Summer Wellness Series begins Monday, June 20th

Each week a short video and worksheet will be released.

Every Sunday at 12 noon EST we'll host a conversation hour to share insights, ask questions, declare intentions and be in community with one another.
