In 1981, John Spring, the father-in-law of Lorenzo Smith, "The Godfather of St. Andrews," was named the Regional Head of the Jacksonville Division. A long succession of persons and direct family members of the United States Central Intelligence Agency and Sicilian Mafia have led this key command center.
Starting in the 80, 's President Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush implemented a war on democracy using Bosnia and Herzegovina as their Test Tube.
For the last decade, I put myself inside the CIA's secret phony network of fake churches to uncover the fundamental methodology and means they acquired to overthrow the United States and emerging democracies. I grew up as a teenager living in Sixties Camelot during the Presidency of John F. Kennedy. Unlike today's citizens demanding what the country should do for them, Kennedy challenged us to ask what we could do for our Country. Kennedy's quest was to quell rebellion and instill peace in turbulent times of a hateful civil rights era and the beginning of a constant war of unbounded greed fueling the economy with death and stagnation. The following true-documented Story is based upon this writer's knowledge and participation in investigations of President George H.W. Bush and W. Bush, their criminal associates, and William Pelham Barr, Attorney General of the United States family dating back to 1980.
Attorney General Barr and his family are current, and past CIA employees and United States Attorneys who have been involved in a Nazi Confederate-aligned plot against the United States since the mid-60s. After the 2000 Florida election theft by Bush with 500 votes, the Bush White House fired U.S. Attorneys who resigned or refused to investigate Bush's political enemies criminally. I have worked undercover with various federal law enforcement agencies since 1980 to uncover the long-range plan. That plan is the one established by Adolph Hitler and Russian Dictator Joseph Stalin.
William Barr's son-in-law was Donald Trump's White House Attorney. Barr's daughter has been working with Rod Jay Rosenstein for years inside secret child sex investigations targeting their political enemies. Robert Mueller is a lifelong close friend of Barr.
Barr's cousin, Herbert Barr at Enterprise, Al, cooks the books as CPA for Mafia Casino in Vegas and Macau, China.
In 1986, Herbert Barr, Senator Lawton Chiles, A.G. William Barr, Robert Vesco Family member Cindy Wood of Fort Worth Houston Mafia, Keith Alan Cox of London, and CIA Barr robbed 3 Savings and loans of $210,000,000 in a land sale scam. The Barr Family player was given an equal, secret share in 22 acres of Beachfront land near Topsail Hill at Destin, Florida.
The FBI prosecuted the seen-actors of that transaction with 14 indictments and 10 convictions. This Writer was one person who instigated the FBI investigation and assisted the Bureau. The State of Florida through the Cabinet bought their beachfront property and all land next to it to create Topsail Hill State Park for hundreds of millions apparently not knowing Governor Lawton Chiles was an equal owner with others.
During the 80s, the Barr's, CIA, and Mafia robbed 1,000 S&Ls and Banks, putting the money in their pockets. This Writer assisted in investigating many of those cases for the US General Accounting Office of Special Investigations OSI.
Attorney General Barr's cousin Robert Barr, Jr., a former CIA officer and U.S. Attorney at Atlanta during this time, covered up the RICO murder Espionage investigations and murder of Federal Judge Robert Vance and VANPAC Mail-Bomb attacks against United States Federal Appeals Courts from 1989 onward.

Based upon extensive analysis of evidence gleaned from inside the FBI's previously undisclosed Counter-Intelligence, Russian Mafia investigation since the year 2008. It increasingly appears Judge Brett Kavanaugh's appointment to the United States Supreme Court may be a "Goal Point" aimed at establishing World Authoritarian Government or a Kleptocratic State. A long-range plan formulated by the Soviet KGB during the late 1950s uses a model from Vladimir Lenin’s Fourth World Revolution.

As a result the Russian Mafia had a security contract to guard a considerable share of America’s military bases and ports.
DSI Security at Dothan, Alabama, held those contracts. DSI Security is a firm funded and promoted by Ukrainian-born businessman Herbert Meisler, a known Russian Organized Crime figure suspected of being a vital facilitator of the KGB’s extended range plan inside the United States.

Clark's brother Charles spent time in federal prison at Maxwell AFB for insurance and mail fraud covering his business partner Milton McGregor a known money laundering and now deceased Russian Mafia figure associated with Sheldon Adelson.
The latter, in the 1970s, developed the computer trade show COMDEX. Adelson went on to build casino resorts in Las Vegas and Asia and later ventured into politics, generously supporting Republican causes and candidates.

Days afterward Jones unexpectedly recused himself from representing Gilley, citing conflicts of interest.
Gilley's bail was unexpectedly revoked, and he was jailed at the Montgomery, Alabama, city jail, where he broke the chain of command inside the Russian Mafia and telephoned Attorney David Jerome Harrison.
Harrison was then a close friend and direct contact to DIA General Mike Flynn's porn network principal, John T. Moorman of Las Vegas, NV, and Jay, Florida. In addition, Harrison, a former Houston County, Alabama sheriff's deputy and former DOJ, was prison counselor to Colombian "Cartel leader Carlos Lehder Rivas."
Harrison was convicted during the mid-'90s of conspiracy to distribute Meth and was back from prison, operating as an attorney in the U.S. District Court at Montgomery after Judge Mark Fuller hid Harrison's federal criminal conviction history sealed inside the Clerks office.

Moorman's partner at "Alamo Title" was former Pasco, Fl, Sheriff John Short and Brooksville attorney Thomas Hogan. Alamo Title secretly deeded land to top state law enforcement officers on the Russian Mafia payroll. Hogan, a friend of Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi, is under IRS investigation for offshore money laundering involving partnerships with convicted Pedophiles.
DSI Security contracts include Southern Company's Farley Nuclear Plant at Gordon, Alabama. The Farley plant was under investigation by a secret N.R.C. and D.O.J. Task Force. The investigation was abruptly closed and sealed in the name of National Security after 7 Southern company executives were killed in separate airplane crashes in 1989. Farley was a facility suspected to have been involved in the loss or theft of spent "U235" rods that were stored and may be used after eight years of use for Plutonium processing.
