So for everything we do with our time, energy and money, we are either wasting it, spending it or investing it.
To me, the stress was not about time or work-life balance. It was about not being true to myself. It was the pain of not being strong enough to live life on my terms while also being too stubborn to give in and conform to ‘normality’.
That is the true power of catching hold of the big, bold dream. Universal energy powers your life when it is led by your heart’s desires.
Life can’t flow freely when we are busy micromanaging everything in it. Pushing the boat in front of us will never be how we learn to water ski.
The idea of scarcity makes no sense in a universe that is forever expanding, growing, and adding to all there is.
It is the nature of the universe to expand, and therefore it is our nature too. It is the most natural state of being. We don’t have to do anything actively to keep the expansion going — just like there are no little green aliens pulling at the edge of the universe to keep it growing.
Everything in our experience has a purpose. There is only one source of life, so all experiences are love and light trying to manifest. We just often misinterpret things. We get ourselves pinched off from this perspective. That is when things start to feel like pain or punishment.
There is no judgment either way and no matter how we live our lives, there is value and expansion. There is nothing to be gained from holding back and nothing to risk by going along.
The limiting factor of your mindset truly is a friend! It doesn’t care about any external ‘facts’ or ‘truths’. The only ‘truth’ is what you have told it to measure all future inputs up against.
What we send out is what we get back. If we truly want to vibrate in alignment with the universe, love is the way to go.
Living in flow and alignment is my indicator that I am living my dream and fulfilling my purpose. What does this look like for you? Who do you want to BE? What do you want to DO? What do you want to HAVE? How do you want to LIVE? Write it all down. Just let your heart and soul pour it all out. Let yourself feel seen and heard by acknowledging every little piece of your deliciously daring dream.
Once we become aware of what we genuinely want in life, all the details of how will fall into place. This is the magic of hitching our life to the unstoppable power of our boldest, brightest vision. This is what happens when we catch the rope to the powerful speedboat. It is what truly makes us experience a sense of invincibility.
Let life be a playground - not an obstacle course!
Life is supposed to be enjoyable, so why do we accept the idea that personal and spiritual growth is hard work? Do we really need long to-do lists and internal struggle to grow and change?
A Spiritual Rebel - Enjoying the Heck out of Life is all about finding gentle but powerful ways to get on life’s good side. After all, we live in an endlessly expanding universe, so what could be more natural than evolution and transformation?
This book is not a motivational piece on how to ‘stop procrastinating and go be successful’. Nor will it suggest that any kind of suffering is a service to humanity. Instead, this book is a very practical, straightforward invitation to celebrate and integrate every little nugget of life you have ever lived.
This book is a great manual if you want to:
- Get step-by-step methods to find, align and live your deepest desires.
- At no point are you left wondering how to actually do the things that are described.
- Learn how to turn all life’s ups and downs into your unique genius and joyful contribution.
- Create a positive mindset that will support you in living a life of flow and alignment.
- Wake up empowered and energized, eager to get out of bed and go live the life you came to live.
Don’t keep life waiting — become a spiritual rebel and enjoy the journey!
