Description
The Florida panther lives in forests and swaps of southern Florida. Panthers live around trees, plants, and water. Female panthers have cubs and live in dens. Male panthers might attack female panthers. Even male panthers might attack the cubs. Male panthers live around forests even near dens of the cubs. Male panthers might live near other male panthers. Male panthers might attack other male panthers. For a reason, a panther's diet is 90% of feral hog, white tailed deer, raccoon, and armadillo. Occasionally they consume rabbits, rats, and birds, and on rare occasionally alligators.
Problem and Solution
The problem is that Florida panthers are becoming extinct. Hunting decimated the population and it was one of the first species added to the U.S. Endangered species list in 1973. Today there are less than 100 Florida panthers in the wild. To solve this problem is to stop hunting the Florida panthers population. If no one hunts the Florida panthers, the Florida panthers could be saved from going extinct. If the Florida panthers didn't go extinct the number of panthers could grow and won't become extinct.
Sequence
The lifespan of a Florida panther is that first, it starts out as a baby. Second, it goes into a cub. Then, for some years it turns into an adult, When it's an adult, it can hunt animals for food. A Florida panther can live for 8-13 years. That is a very long time to live for a Florida panther.
Cause and Effect
People are hunting down Florida panthers because people want the forest area. If Florida panthers are attracted to people, panthers would be in cities and towns. That would be very bad. It would be better if they stay wild, because panthers won't be attracted to people and panthers would stay away from cities and towns.
Compare and Contrast
