Surviving College 101 Tips and tricks to surviving college

Tip #1: Branch Out

Your roommate doesn't have to be your best friend. Never turn down the opportunity to hangout with someone new! This is how you meet new people and build friendships.

Tip #2: Get Involved

Never be afraid to say "yes!" Plugging yourself into your community is the best way to make connections and form great relationships.

Tip #3: Get Organized

College professors expect you to be on top of your game. Buy folders, get a calendar, or use an app to get your life in order. You'll need it.

Tip # 4: Go to class

Obvious right? Maybe now, but sleeping in and skipping that 8am class you scheduled sounds glorious. Dont be tempted. Going to class is vital in order to do well and get that grade you want!

Tip #5: Stay healthy

Staying healthy is one of the most important tasks a college student must pay attention to so one can stay on top of their game. Here are some TIPS: Eat your fruits and veges. Wash your hands often. Dont share drinks. Cover your mouth when you cough/sneeze. Take vitamins. Drink lots of water.

Tip #6: make time for you

Always make sure you set aside time to de-stress and relax. Be good to yourself and find time for you. You deserve it.
