SESSION INFO

What if… You thought of family picture day as an opportunity to spend time and have fun together? What if mom and girls got their hair and makeup or nails done together? What if Dad and boys got a haircut and a shave together? Then after photos you went out to eat or got ice cream together? Family picture day COULD be one that you and your kids look forward to and can look at the images on your walls and remember a really beautiful day spent celebrating and loving on each other.

Single Family & SENIOR Sessions: $300

Sessions INCLUDE:

  • 45 MINUTE - 1 HOUR SESSION AT THE LOCATION OF YOUR CHOICE (within the Verna area. Add $65 for a location for locations over 10 miles from Vernal)
  • 30 DIGITAL HI-RESOLUTION FILES. You'll be able to choose your favorite 30 from your session, and you're able to print and share those however you'd like.
  • ENDLESS PRINTING RIGHTS (for your chosen 30 images)
  • UP TO 2 OUTFITS
  • 30 DAY ONLINE GALLERY TO ORDER ADDITIONAL DIGITALS, AND PRINTS, IF YOU CHOOSE. No obligation to purchase anything extra... but please. Print your photos. Put them on your walls, and refrigerator, and everywhere.

POLICIES:

  1. A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold your date. No exceptions. A one-time reschedule will be allowed free of charge. $50 will be charged for additional reschedules. Total amount due the day of the session.
  2. Saturday & Sunday sessions are an additional $100
  3. Contract must be signed, and balance paid in full before the day of your session.
  4. Photos outside of the 10 miles from Vernal area will be an additional $65

Unfortunately, I'm not booking extended family sessions at this time.

HOW IT ALL WORKS

01 PACKAGE

Family sessions include the session and 30 digital files. Additional digital images are available at $10/image. $150 is due at the time of booking and goes toward the total session fee. The remainder is due the day of the session. Payment plans are available.

02 BOOKING

Email me at aliportraitstudio@gmail.com to get a date. After we book a date, you will get a confirmation email with an invoice, contract, and questionnaire. The booking is finalized when the contract has been signed and the deposit has been paid.

03 PREPARATION

Hair and makeup can provide the beautiful polished look to your images. I want you to look and feel your best. What if you saw this as an opportunity to give yourself the gift of fresh hair and nails with gorgeous makeup to finish it off. We have so few opportunities to really dress up anymore! Celebrate your family session by getting pampered! I have people I can recommend for hair and makeup - or use your favorite!

04 STYLING

Think of how you plan to use your images - will you be showcasing them in your living room? Are these for a bedroom update? Think about the colors and style you would like to display and use that as a place to start.
