Wednesday morning track Chicago, IL

The Chicago Lakefront Track Club is Free and open to anyone. We meet Wednesday Mornings for track workouts. Each session will have between 2-5 ability groups to join (self seeding).

The Chicago Lakefront Track Club Is:

Wednesday Morning workouts are open to the public and free of charge. Rise and shine, join us Wednesday mornings for interval and strength work. Whether you're a marathoner, triathlete, weekend 5k runner, or just looking for a fun challenging morning workout we have a group for you.

Group 1 starting an 8x400 session

Our goal is to have 100+ runners out for Wednesday track sessions with five separate speed groups. Sessions start between 5:15am - 7:15am. Refer to the schedule below.

Next Session - Wednesday July 13 @ 6:15am - Meet at the Northwest curve by the 110 hurdle start.
