We have started Unit 3. We are learning about 2D shapes and its attributes. Below is the vocabulary we are using in class.

• EL CIRCULO: Es redondo. No tiene esquinas. (The circle is round, does not have corners)
• EL CUADRADO: Tiene 4 esquinas y 4 lados iguales. (The square has 4 corners and 4 sides)
• EL RECTANGULO: Tiene 4 esquinas y 4 lados; dos cortos, dos largos. (The rectangle has 4 cornes and 4 sides; two short, two long)
• EL TRIANGULO: Tiene 3 esquinas y 3 lados. (The triangle has 3 corners and 3 sides)

New phrases:

• Yo lo sé - No lo sé. (I know - I don't know )
• No pasa nada. Esta bien! (It's alright! )
• Como se dice…? (How do you say ..?)
