Indian River State earns 42nd NJCAA title

Buffalo, NY - Behind strong standout and individual performances across the board, Indian River State (FL) captured the 2023 NJCAA Women's Swimming & Diving Championship at Erie Community College in Buffalo, NY. The Pioneers scored 1328 points to win the title in a field of 10 teams.

Southwestern Oregon finished runner up with 683 points while Barton finished third with 533 points. Monroe CC and Genesee tied with 249 points for top non-scholarship teams.

Championship Results

Indian River State and Southwestern Oregon finished first and second like last year while Barton improved on last years fourth place finish.

Gina Miller of Indian River State and Maria Goncalves of Iowa Central where selected as Co-Swimmers of the Meet
Sandra Bullock of Southwestern Oregon was named Swimming Coach of the Year.

Jamestown (NY) swimmer lands prestigious honor

Jamestown's (NY) Maddie Kramer was awarded the 2023 NJCAA Non-Scholarship Swimmer of the Meet after helping the Jayhawks to tied for fifth-place team finish.
