San Jose has done an incredible job bringing a fun and exciting playground to the town of San Jose. They have worked tirelessly through the pandemic to bring joy to the kids and parents there. The hard work has paid off, and they are consistently in the top 5 for many of the revenue streams of Luv 2 Play.

New supplies are getting into the warehouse. We know there are many outstanding requests, and we are working as best we can to fulfill those orders. The sock replenishment has partially arrived. Large socks are now in stock. Please use the company portal to request your order.

Other supplies are coming in. We hope to have the full order in and ready to ship out by the middle of January.

We will be doing playground inspection checks throughout 2022. If you have an urgent matter, you can use the portal to reach out to Brandon or Edward. We will follow up with you in a timely manner. In addition, Edward will be getting hands on training in playground installations and repairs, to help speed up any repairs you might have in 2022.

Marketing 101

SOCIAL MEDIA

We will have a content calendar live this week on SOCi for you to pick and choose posts that have been created/scheduled each month. Here is a quick guide to show you exactly how to post and choose the content that you would like to use. Not only can you utilize content that we have created/scheduled you can post your own items, too. We LUV that SOCi has integrated Canva to allow you to utilize items that you have already created or make something new. With a Pro Canva account you can utilize templates and modify. Please make sure if you are utilizing Canva to set up a Brand Kit to make it simple to apply our Brand Colors and Logos. If you need help with setting up your brand kit, check out this guide. Our logos are on Dropbox and I have provided our color palette below. When using our logo select a logo with a transparent background as this will look the best. When posting on Social choose quality over quantity. 4-5 posts per week is the sweet spot to be engaged, but it is better to post 3 great posts than 5 repetitive posts. Use a mix of promotions for what we offer (regular entry, membership, family fun pack, games, & parties), use user-generated content to share kids and families having fun, use fun post creating an engagement of favorite thing about your facility, use a quote, share an idea that is kid related, the options are endless.

Start the year off by responding to every review within 24 hours, positive or negative. Responding to reviews can help increase your ranking when people are searching. You can respond to reviews for Facebook, Google, and Yelp all in the SOCi platform, plus they already have some smart responses you can choose from and mix it up, making it simpler than ever. Here is another great guide to start doing just that.

PRICE CHANGES

Are you planning to increase prices for the New Year? Don’t forget to send the changes this week so we have plenty of time to get the changes approved and to update admissions and menu graphics.

If you cannot find this email please let me know and I can have it resent. As a reminder it is very important to be responding to reviews and posting to Google often to help increase your SEO. 2022 will bring new challenges and expectations as COVID-19 becomes endemic. How we approach this will be based on city and state regulations. We encourage you to stick to the middle, and follow any mandates that come down.

I will be doing site visits to all locations periodically throughout the year and will be working with the corporate team to bring back our national convention in the 4th quarter of 2022.
