The Tex-Mex band Rooster County began in 2017 with musicians who shared a love of Texas music, particularly music from San Antonio and South Texas. Having cut their teeth in various rock, blues, country, and conjunto bands, Rooster County was formed to create music that represented the best of Texas, from Flaco Jimenez to Randy Garibay, from Sunny Ozuna to Doug Sahm we share the music history that put San Antonio on the map!
