What is Everwell?

Everwell is your way to enroll employees, offer additional products, provide a 1-stop solution for your customers, and make the most of your enrolllments.

Fast start is an award you can win in the first 4 weeks of your journey with Aflac by writing $5,000 in annualized premium. You can earn an additional $150 by achieving this mark, 500 personalized business cards, and a certificate of achievement.

Now that we know that, I have even better news:

Writing your business in Everwell gets you some definite advantages over those who do not. Here are what they are:

Using in Everwell in enrollments has proven to double the premium written by new associates.
Providing the Everwell solution in your accounts gives you access to offer two of our value added services (EZ Shield and MeMD). You cannot offer this service outside of using Everwell, and providing these services gives you better access to employees.

Start learning Everwell by getting your Everwell Level 1 certification.

Level 1 producers can write Aflac policies, EZ Shield, and MeMD!

Now that you are ready to jump in...Here's how:

Go to Academy Connect, and complete Level 1 training courses. These are:

EX111 - Introduction to Everwell (Takes about 45 minutes)
EX112 - Getting started in Everwell (Takes about 45 minutes)
EX113 - Everwell: Level 1 Review
EX199 - Everwell: Level 1 Assessment - Must have a score of 80 to pass test

There are two sites for Everwell. The Everwell Lab is the practice site, and Everwell has a site to write live business in as well. In order to complete the online training, you will need to register in the Everwell Lab

Do this by going to website www.training.everwellbenefits.com/broker

Click the "register" link

Allow

In 3 business days, you will receive email instructions to verify banking information on Field Force Services (FFS)

Once completed, you will have access to Everwell

An email will be delivered once you are able to access Everwell via Field Force Services with instructions
