Internship Project Part 2

Part 1

During my internship my supervisor Bunny Ware instilled in me the value of photography and journalism. She explained taking pictures is storytelling. Any one can take a picture but few can tell a story. Bunny also talked about her love of helping the underdogs. The budding organizations and entrepreneurs looking to get their foot in the door. From this naturally I decided the second part of my senior project would include two projects. I know this isn't going to get me any extra points but I wanted to showcase all of my work.

The first project was for First Tabernacle Missionary Baptist Church. I created and implemented a plan to help their social media presence on Facebook. They already had content but I presented them with an idea to document Sunday services as a recap for people who couldn't make it to church and to have content to share online. So I begin shooting videos Sunday after Sunday and I was able to get impressive reach, and engagement in all videos that I did for the church.

Plan #2

The second plan I created was a plan to help my friend Jordan Knott an up and coming sound engineer and producer establish his brand. My project includes a video interview, youtube header, business card, and logo.

Part 1: Video Interview

This video was an interview to just explore who he is and what he does. He talks about his passion for music and his story about how he got started in producing.

Part 2: Youtube Header

I used different elements to bring the business card together.

Part 4: Logo

For the logo I wanted to keep true to his favorite color which is red and a power color.
