For a marketing analytics course, I took 250 Xerox company employee reviews from Glassdoor and was assigned to do three things with this data. The first section of the assignment was to run the data through IBM Watson's NLU Processor and provide the results using keywords, sentiment, and frequency analysis to provide further insight. Section two of the assignment consisted of running the same data through SPSS Statistics Software, providing a correlation analysis output, and to develop insight based on these results. In the third section of the assignment, I had to apply a marketing concept based on the results, come up with an employer branding value proposition, and explain why this would be effective for Xerox.
