Settling on Designs
We have the final numbers for the lot layout of each phase and are hoping to have images soon. Met with the land contractor 8/30 to look at drawings and come up with a strategic plan for grading of the 3 phases, allowing us to move dirt to most appropriate areas. The 1st of 3 phases for this project should have approval from the city in September/October.
