The Smith Knights Quiz Bowl team had a great time in Chicago competing in the national championship tournament. While we didn't win the tournament, Sameer Pai, Joel Matthew, Nikhil Nair, Ayaan Deol and Phillip Kapp did Smith proud and were competitive in every match. Congrats to Sameer on finish the season as the #66 ranked player in the country, this is quite an amazing accomplishment.
MAKE UP TESTING FOR 6TH AND 7TH GRADES WILL BE THE WEEK OF MAY 16TH - 20TH
Creation Lab classes built and launched ‘Water Rockets’ this week. These rockets were built around a 2-liter pop bottle and required students to learn about aerodynamics, center of pressure/gravity, and other rocket sciences. Congrats the top engineer, Abi Losey, who launched an amazing distance of 126 yards!
