JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accept bookings of toktok customers.
2. Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete and customers are satisfied.
3. Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
4. Delivering items to clients/business in a safe, timely manner.
5. Providing excellent customer service and handling complaints from clients.
6. Should be polite and prompt with a commitment to providing our clients with an excellent experience.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Owned Motorcycle
2. Drivers License
3. Latest NBI
4. OR/CR
5. If the motorcycle is not owned, please provide a letter of authorization from the owner, owner's valid id and mobile number, and a copy of the deed of sale.

APPLICATION PROCESS

1. Gather all requirements.
2. Provide a clear scanned/photo of each requirement.
3. Attend the virtual toktok rider orientation.
4. Virtual greet and meet with me, team orientation, giving tips and a few reminders.
5. Register Online. Link will be given at this point.
6. Approved application.
7. Activation of Account.
8. Register to toktok Wallet.
9. Reload your rider wallet and toktok wallet.
10. Start your toktok journey!
