Eisuke Hayaoka has been teaching visual media and science communication at Hokkaido University since 2009. Until 2008, he was a director and cameraman producing natural science programs and documentaries of NHK, a public broadcaster in Japan. Typical works include a TV program of wild western lowland gorilla taken in the Republic of Congo, Africa, and a documentary of researching mysterious lightning occurred in Lake Maracaibo, Venezuela. Currently he makes a video for university public relations. For example, images of Hokkaido University faculty of science and images of field works of various researchers. He also works as a science cafe planner and facilitator and specializes in producing e-learning content.

Chiho Nakagawa is an English teacher, head of the English department and a homeroom teacher of the Hybrid International Class at Junior and Senior High School of Kogakuin University in Tokyo, Japan. I engage in communication design with the aspiration to merge the real and digital worlds through my work. In recent years, my professional focus has been the dissemination of science through various media. The activities also branch out as PR of the university and research introduction via SNS. Shizuoka, Tokoha University’s hometown, is a city of design. It would go great with Adobe software. I am excited about our possibilities in creating the future with AEL. My personal favorite Adobe tools are Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
