Users who are assigned CCE Pro by their Admin will see ‘Unlimited Images’ badge when logging in to stock.adobe.com.

LOGIN FROM CREATIVE CLOUD DESKTOP APP

You can also use the Creative Cloud Desktop app to launch directly to the Adobe Stock site:

Launch Stock from the Resource Links shortcut on the bottom left of the Creative Cloud Desktop app.
Alternatively, you can go to the Web apps tab and navigate to the Adobe Stock site from the Launch button.

LICENSE

Each image comes with an Extended License, and Creative Cloud Pro users can also:

  • Re-download previously licensed assets
  • See the blue checkmark when an asset has been licensed
  • View the full License History report
All Standard Images are included with Creative Cloud Pro
In the Licensing History, users can re-download licensed assets

ADOBE STOCK CREDITS

Need premium content? Use Adobe Stock credits to license 4K and HD video, audio tracks, premium 3D assets, and high-end photography. Credits are purchased separately and managed by your organization’s Stock administrator.

Any assets licensed by an organization will show a blue licensed checkmark badge. The user can re-download any previously licensed assets.

If the user tries to license an asset without having been provisioned credits, they will get a prompt to contact their admin.

For access to Credits, please contact your Stock Admin.

If a user is provisioned with Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Stock Credits, they will see the two-credit model:

Q: What if I'm having trouble logging in and seeing my Unlimited Images?

Q: Can I re-download previously licensed assets even if I don't have Adobe Stock credits?

A: Yes! With Creative Cloud Pro, you can re-download assets that have already been licensed by your organization. In addition, you can license unlimited standard assets at no additional charge.

Q: Where can I enter reference fields when licensing assets?

A: Only users that have Adobe Stock Credits can enter references. If you have Creative Cloud Pro only, you cannot enter references at this time.
