H.L. Stone Stadium Football | Soccer

The Co-Lin football team and men's and women's soccer teams play their home games in H. L. Stone Stadium, which seats approximately 5,000 spectators. The stadium is named after legendary Co-Lin football coach H. L. "Hook" Stone (1927-1939). Under Coach Stone's leadership, Co-Lin won nine state championships (1929-1934, 1937, 1938). Coach Stone also served as the college's athletic director, basketball, and baseball coach, as well as, managing the dairy farm and teaching agriculture and physical education. The stadium boast a lot of character as the south portion of the field is carved out berm giving the playing surface a "bowled-in" feeling.

H.L. Stone Stadium was upgraded in 2019 to a Shaw Sports Turf's Legion Pro system with Brock Powerbase YSR Shock pad playing surface. Legion is a combination of high-performance monofilament fibers and a durable slit film fiber. The slit film fiber is a workhorse that will handle the workload, while the monofilament provides a more resilient surface that enhances performance characteristics. Safety and playability, along with heat reduction were the three major factors in selecting these materials.
In 2020 the facility was upgraded further to include the largest video scoreboard in Mississippi JUCO. The 43' by 55' structure features state-of-the-art LED panels that create over 1,100 square feet of video surface. Along with the video enhancement, an overhaul of the audio equipment was also made, enhancing the atmosphere of Stone Stadium with rich, clear audio.
In 2014, the Wolves unveiled a new press box that includes dedicated space to the public address announcer, press, support staff, home and visiting coaches, clock operating crew, home and visiting radio booths, home and away video teams, and a premium seating area for the college's president and guest. The upgrades also included a new concession stand and a hospitality room for pre-game tailgating and meals.
