VEGANISM mONICA AIRA MONSERATe 10A

Here is my output for the 200 Word Writing for Change Challenge in our English subject about Veganism.

How can a vegan diet help combat the climate crisis? How can meat farming make it worse?

A vegan diet can reduce environmental crises by diminishing the sources of carbon dioxide that is a greenhouse gas, cutting off the usage of chemicals such as fertilizers, and conserves farmland and water. Carrying out meat farming can do the opposite effects in veganism and will make the surroundings worse.

Would you be willing to adopt a fully vegan diet? Or would you rather just reduce the amount of meat you eat? And why?

I am willing to go for a fully vegan diet because I am fond of vegetables and fruits. Plants taste good and have a wide spectrum of flavors that is addicting. It also makes my well-being healthy because it contains few calories but is filled with the highest quality nutrients.

Should people who choose to eat meat pay extra for medical services?

I disagree because people who eat meat have a high probability of getting sick. It will not be good for them to raise their pay for medical service while having health issues because of meat. I suggest raising the price of meat in the industry instead of medical service pay.

Should meat be more expensive to help pay for initiatives that combat climate change?

The price of meat should rise so that people who buy meat will decrease, the industry will kill fewer animals, and it will benefit the well-being of the environment. The surplus money from selling meat will contribute to the initiatives that combat climate change, such as planting trees and cleaning.

Thank you for reading my perspective on the given issue. Have a good day!
