HELLO 2021 - KLHOP Newsletter -

Welcome to our newsletter! Before you begin reading our highlights for 2020 and what's in store for us in 2021, we want to thank you for taking the time to connect with us and we pray this will stoke the fire in your heart to grow!

As the global season on the earth shifted in 2020, our house of prayer family went deep in the place of prayer, spending more than 200 consecutive days together in cooperate prayer for the nation and for the church.

Our prayer & intercession sets went online as we continued to pursue the fire of God on the altar.

Take Me To The Prayer Room Sets!

In 2020, we had the privilege of partnering with local and global ministries to champion the call to prayer and fasting. Being unhindered by our physical "location", we set out to run several calls/sessions with the goal of equipping the saints in the body. It is our prayer that through these calls we will be able to see many raised up in the prophetic, worship, prayer/intercession, and discerning the times and seasons. Below are just some of the highlights!

W.A.I.T stands for Worship And Intercession Trips. Those calling in walked around and prayed/blessed their neighborhoods while a worship leader would lift up the name of the Lord in declaration.

The crescendo of our 200 days of daily prayer together as a community

Our bible study continued fortnightly online! PS. It's been 4 years since we started in Genesis;)

One particular highlight was our partnership with The Malaysia Blessing - where a few individuals from our team partnered to plan and coordinate the 40 days Prayer daily devotionals and Amen Worship & Prayer Night. It was truly beautiful to see the nation come together in prayer this way.

We also released our first worship single!

“These Eyes” was birthed in the prayer room during different moments of encounter together in His presence, prior to the pandemic. We eventually recorded it live in one of our homes, with proper SOPs in place.

2021

As we look to the year ahead, we are contending for a Matthew 9:15 reality.

We are praying for the Body to enter into the place of prayer with fasting. That we may be aligned to His purposes to hasten the day of His return.

We are praying that the Lord would continue to provide strategic partnerships who stand beside us in our mandate to establish a culture of prayer in our nation.

We hope to be able to purchase equipment of our own to be able to continue streaming high quality video + audio worship streams and equipping sessions.

Due to the portability of our current video streaming setup, we were also able to help various churches/ministries with their worship streams. This is off equipment owned by individuals in KLHOP - who have a background in film & media. Our goal is to raise an initial RM5,000 for basic video equipment of our own. Enhancing this current setup will also enable us to help partnering ministries stream their sets.

Additionally this year, we are looking to release more locally written worship songs that we hope will one day be the cry of our nation.
