World's & Press Kit

World's & , Indie Pop Rock Band from Geneva, Switzerland, was created in 2017 by Bruno Kaddar and Natalie Anston. They released their first EP "Expose US" in 2017 with Producer Eric Anderson also of the Genevoise group, WUGS. They then released a single in 2018 called "Your Body is a Weapon", which the singer, Natalie, used for her Burlesque act inspired by female empowerment and ownership of the female body. In 2018, Bruno left the group and guitarist César Dyrberg and drummer Lucas Innocenti came and established what is is now "World's &". They recorded a second EP, "VICE" in August 2020 at Kitchen Studio with the Producer Yvan Bing and bassist Romain Corne and have independently released it on February 26, 2021. Most of their songs carry with them a sense of irony and you may find yourself swaying or dancing to a song which has a serious message. Such as, their song "Ocean" off their new EP, which says "a place we destroy but can't let go". The band makes music for "The Dreamers" of the world. The name of the band was created with the idea that music brings people together. Their music also contains various influences such as opera, jazz, bossanova, rock, metal etc.. They do not limit themselves and therefore their music brings together lovers of all genres of music.

Musical Influences and Comparisons include Radiohead, Coldplay, Portishead, Anna Calvi, Kate Bush, PJ Harvey, and Pink Floyd.

Mathieu Lombard, Journalist of RTS, has this to say about their new EP, VICE: (Original Text) "Avec son nouvel EP « Vice », le groupe genevois World’s & (indie pop-rock) nous fait voyager dans un kaléidoscope de couleurs et d’émotions.
